Terms of service

By creating a workspace you agree to these terms. If you are using the product for a company, you confirm you can bind that company.

The service checks DNS records, stores reports you route to it, and can poll seed mailboxes you configure. It does not send your campaigns and it does not guarantee inbox placement. A pass result means the record we fetched looked valid at that moment. Receivers apply their own filters.

You will only add domains you are allowed to monitor. You will not point the rua address or the seed poller at mail you do not control. You are responsible for the DNS changes you publish.

Plan limits are enforced on the server. Free, Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 caps are listed on the pricing page and in the help article on billing. Circumventing a cap, sharing a license outside your team, or probing the service for other customers’ data is a reason for us to close the workspace.

AppSumo licenses follow their webhook events. A refund deactivates the license when it arrives within 60 days of activation. After that window we decline the deactivation. Stripe subscriptions renew until you cancel them in the customer portal. Canceling Stripe does not delete a separate AppSumo or manual license.

The software is provided as available. We will try to keep checks running and to tell you when a dependency is down, on the status page. We are not liable for lost mail, blocked campaigns, or decisions you make from a report, to the extent the law allows a limit. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

You may export what you can see in the product. We may suspend a workspace that threatens the service or other customers. Either of us can stop using a free workspace at any time. Paid access ends when the subscription is canceled or the license is deactivated.
