Inbox placement tests

Send from any provider to the seed addresses.

Start a test to receive a test id and the seed addresses. Send a normal message from the mailbox you care about. Put the test id in the subject.

The worker polls each seed over IMAP and records inbox, spam, or missing, plus the SPF, DKIM, and DMARC results in Authentication-Results.

Seed accounts are not created by the app. The operator sets SEED_INBOXES. A seed without a password is marked unconfigured and is not polled.

Tests expire after 24 hours. Anything still unseen is marked missing. The monthly cap depends on the plan: 20, 100, or 400.
