How a workspace gets its limits.
Free is 1 domain, 2 mailboxes, 0 placement tests, and 1 seat. Tier 1 is 3/10/20/2. Tier 2 is 10/50/100/5. Tier 3 is 30/200/400 and unlimited seats.
Manual codes stack: one unit is Tier 1, two units are Tier 2, three or more are Tier 3. Redeem them on the Plan page.
AppSumo sends purchase, activate, upgrade, downgrade, and deactivate webhooks. Upgrade replaces the previous license key and sets the new tier. A refund deactivates the license only inside 60 days of activation.
Stripe monthly checkout uses the price ids in the environment. An active subscription is combined with license units, and the workspace keeps the higher tier. Canceling the subscription leaves the license stack in place.
